1. Services Provided

SCcoaching Group LLC offers professional coaching services designed to empower individuals in their careers and relationships. Our services include but are not limited to:

Career coaching: Guidance on career transitions, advancement strategies, and personal development.Relationship coaching: Improving communication, connection, and conflict resolution within personal or professional relationships.

Our services are customized to each client’s unique needs and provided through various formats such as one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and digital consultations.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive maximum benefit from SCcoaching Group services, clients are expected to:

Participate actively and honestly in all coaching sessions.Take responsibility for their decisions and actions arising from the coaching process.Respect the time and professional boundaries of their coach by arriving on time for scheduled appointments or providing notice if unable to attend.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless:

You give express written consent to share specific information.Disclosure is required by law or court order.It is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or others.

SCcoaching Group reserves the right to use anonymized client success stories for promotional purposes, but personal details will never be disclosed without prior consent.

5. Payment and Fees

All services are provided based on the packages or individual sessions agreed upon at the time of booking. Clients agree to the following payment terms:

Fees are due at the time of booking or as per the schedule agreed upon during the onboarding process.We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfers, or other methods as communicated at the time of booking.Failure to pay for services on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

SCcoaching Group reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time, with notice provided to clients before such changes take effect.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify SCcoaching Group at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (for services scheduled more than 48 hours out) will be eligible for a full refund.Cancellations or no-shows without appropriate notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for package services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimers

SCcoaching Group provides coaching services aimed at helping clients reach their goals, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Career and relationship coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional services in these areas when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCcoaching Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, emotional distress, loss of income, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of our services.

SCcoaching Group’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the coaching services.

9. Termination

SCcoaching Group reserves the right to terminate any client’s access to services if:

The client violates these Terms.The client engages in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward SCcoaching Group staff or coaches.Continuation of services is no longer in the best interest of the client or SCcoaching Group.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by SCcoaching Group shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
